The Half Marathon Unplugged is RunVermont's second largest event of the year, starting in Colchester and ending in Burlington. The race is on April 10, 2027, and we're looking for volunteers to do the following tasks:
- Staff one of three aid stations (including an aid station with UnTapped Energy Gels and Mapleaid Hydration = opportunity to taste delicious maple syrup);
- Serve as a course monitor to keep participants, spectators, and the general public safe;
- Give participants their race bibs and t-shirts;
- Help at the finish line (hand out medals, stock post-race aid station, etc.);
- Help with timing; and
- Be a member of the Green Team and help participants and spectators with trash, recycling, and compost.
All volunteers get a We RunVT hat and complimentary food and beverage at the finish line festival at Switchback Brewing Company.
