A Challenge Mile, geared towards runners going for a “fast” time.
A Merry Mile, geared towards those looking to have fun running with friends and family. Walkers welcome in the Merry Mile.
A Youth Mile for youth 14 and under.

Opened on July 19 at 6:00am
– Challenge Mile: 9:30am start
– Merry Mile: 9:35am start
– Youth Mile: 9:40am start
– New this year — Virtual Mile. Can’t make the race? Then run or walk a mile anywhere or anytime from August 31 through September 9 and e-mail us your finish time.
The Challenge, Merry, and Youth Miles will all be chip timed.
The first 100 registered runners in the Challenge and Merry Miles (combined) will receive a Pine Street Mile Tech Shirt.
Pine Street Mile will take place in any reasonable weather. If the course or conditions are deemed unsafe by race officials or the venue’s safety officials, the event may be modified or canceled. There are no refunds. For last minute changes or information on the status of this event, please go to our Facebook page or the top of this race page.
This is a 1-Mile, point-to-point race down Burlington’s Pine Street.
Start: near The Soda Plant, close to the intersection of Pine and Maple Streets
Finish: Champlain Elementary School
