We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of spring-like weather here in the Northeast and we thought this would be a perfect time to launch our very popular Giveaway Thursday to help lift your spirits!

One of our favorite running geek topics is workouts. We love hearing about all of the different ways people prepare for the half marathon and marathon distances. Some of you swear by over distance training, others prefer to keep their long run to 16 miles. For speed work, some are all about the treadmill and others prefer a track or just free-form on the roads and trails.
