Daily workshops will improve performance through form drills, stretching, core strengthening, water-running, track workouts, nutrition information, sports psychology, injury prevention, and more.

Participants will also have time for activities such as morning yoga, afternoon kayaking, swimming, hiking, and relaxing on the beaches of Basin Harbor Club.

The Lake Champlain Women's Running Camp is the only women's running camp of its kind in New England. Come treat yourself to a vacation filled with wellness, fun, and friendship.
