Monday June 11

7:00 am   Optional: Yoga or Fast Walking

8:00 am   Breakfast

9:00 am    Seminar - Injury Prevention & Adaptation To Stress (Hank Glass)

10:00 am   Running Time

Noon     Lunch

1:00 pm   Seminar - Training Concepts (Tracy)

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (One-on-one time with coaches/other activities)

6:00 pm   Dinner

Tuesday June 12

7:00 am   Optional: Yoga or Fast Walking

8:00 am   Breakfast

9:00 am   Seminar: Mental Aspects of Training (Shiela Stawinski)

10:00 am   Running Time

Noon     Lunch

1:00 pm   Seminar - Core Training & Form Drills (Tracy)

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (One-on-one time with coaches/other activities)

4:30pm   Seminar - Heart Rate Training; Train smart for the long haul. (Joey Adams)

6:00 pm   Dinner- Movie Night at Coaches House

Wednesday, June 13 - (Day spent in Burlington)

9:00 am   Seminar: Shoe Fitting & Gate Analysis @ SkiRack (Emily)

10:00 am   More seminar time..

Noon     Lunch - Burlington @Magnolias

1:30 pm   Seminar: Recovery @ On Track (Brian & Kim Loeffler)

2:45 - 4:45 Open time to run, shower, shop, etc.. Leave Burlington at 4:45!
