Meet the Ready, Set, Run Leaders- Integrated Arts Academy  and Sustainability Academy,  Burlington

Ready, Set, Run is now in it’s fourth year, but it began years ago as program called Many Milers.  This year there are over 500 participants, 18 Tracking Groups and 38 volunteer leaders!  Tracking Groups are spread from Vergennes to Fairfax and Burlington to Montpelier.   Each year participants have learned how to hand off a relay baton, played games, learned about nutrition, gone running and tracked their miles.  Ready, Set, Run was recently the recipient of a Ronald McDonald Charity Fund Grant!  Read our intro post and visit Youth Progams at RunVermont to find out more.  We are also planning a Fall 2014 program, so stay tuned.
