Welcome to Marathon May! Every day from now through the Marathon (and perhaps even a few days beyond) we’ll share a new race-related FAQ here on the blog, our Facebook page and via Twitter feed. Got a question you think we should cover? Post it here, on FB or on Twitter and we’ll get right back to you.

Q: EEEEK! I know all the info on my team was relay team was due yesterday but I forgot. Is it too late?  OR…We have to make a last minute change to a relay team, how do we do it?

All relay team changes from this point forward must be made at the Sport & Fitness EXPO on May 24 & 25.

What you’ll need in order to make a team change (adding/dropping team members, team captain switches):

  • Name, date of birth and emergency contact info for anyone you’re adding to the team
  • Cash or $10 check made out to RunVermont. This late-change fee will be donated to the Bike Path Rehabilitation Fund.

RunVermont must be informed of ALL relay team changes prior to the start of the race or the team will be disqualified and ineligible for any awards or prizes. This may affect your ability to participate in future races.
