Come join Rock Point School students and staff as we celebrate the Maple Sugaring season in Burlington. The Maple 5k is held on picturesque Rock Point property just north of Burlington's North Beach. Participants will run through numerous sugar bushes while completing the 5k. All participants included in raffle for Rock Point Maple Syrup.

Choose to run a 5K or 15K on Colchester's scenic, newly reconstructed Causeway Path over Lake Champlain! This race begins at Airport Park and follows a gravel trail out onto the Causeway. Runners will make their way to designated turn-around points on the Causeway before returning to the finish at Airport Park.
Results, t-shirt and post race refreshments included. Register by May 1 to guarantee your shirt size.

The certified marathon and half-marathon begin and end near the house where Clarence H. Demar, 7 time Boston Marathon winner, once lived. It is out and back on the west shore of South Hero and Grand Isle; a land of farms, apple orchards and summer cottages. The terrain is flat to rolling and about half dirt road (hard packed and well maintained). The time cut off for the marathon is six hours. The time cut off for the half marathon is four hours. Runners must be age 16 or older. There will be an aid station approximately every 2 miles starting at mile 2 and stopping at mile 24. Prizes will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers, the top masters, as well as the top male and female finisher in each age-group. Certified 5K on the UVM women's cross-country course. Great footing on cinder/paved path and grass. Some single track. Walkers welcome. This race benefits the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf. Suggested donation $5 ($10 per family) and/or a food donation. All proceeds go to the Food Shelf. The race will be timed with large race clock, but no results are recorded other than top 3 male and female finishers. Random prize raffle at noon for all participants.
