I was training for the full and had to take time off for injuries. I was wondering if it's possible to trade a full marathon spot for a relay team?

It is not possible to trade a marathon slot for a relay slot.

The vast majority of our relay slots are distributed via our lottery. Entry to the lottery is open all January, and the team draw takes place the first week of February. At this point the best way to get a lottery slot is via the transfer boards below or through one of our Miles For A Mission charity partners.

If you are unable to run in the marathon, through May 4th you are allowed to defer your 2012 entry to 2013. Please contact our office to take advantage of this offer.
