Running With It

My friend and I are unable to run the marathon. We have registered as a two person relay team. I posted a message to see if someone could purchase my two person slot and I have someone who is interested. How does it work to transfer to another 2 person team and how do they pay me. In order to complete the Transfer process, the original Team Captain must contact Jen at 802-863-8412 or via email at jen@runvermont.org and request that the team be transferred to the new Captain. Please have the following information about the new Captain:

● Name
● Email Address
● Phone Number

Our staff will transfer the team and contact the new Captain with a link and password when the team is available online. The new team Captain can delete any old members and add new ones. The new team Captain must make all team changes online by Monday, May 14, 2010. After May 14, 2010 team changes must be made at Race Packet Pick-Up on Friday/Saturday, May 28 & 29, 2010 at the EXPO.

Transfer of funds from the new captain to the old one is managed entirely between the parties and can occur in any form that is acceptable to both parties.
