For First Time
Marathoners of ALL Levels
This 17 week educational course will offer
various training tools including tips on training schedules, nutrition,
strength training, proper shoe analysis, mental toughness, and more.
Class is geared for registered marathon participants of the KeyBank
VT City Marathon, however participants may have another marathon
event as their goal (events must be the 26.2 mile distance). Over
90% success rate. |

Jessica has been running competitively for over ten years. She has completed 15 marathons with a PR of 3:05.05. This includes seven Key Bank Vermont City Marathons. Jessica is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer at ON TRACK Health & Fitness, coaches the South Burlington High School Girls Cross Country Team and is a running coach for adults of all running abilities.

For Runners
Who Have Run One or More Marathons
If you have run one or more marathons and
want to improve any aspect of your training, performance or finishing
time, this course is for you! This 17 week educational course offers
various training tools including, how to improve your training schedule,
race strategies, mental toughness, injury prevention and treatment,
and how to get faster without getting burned out. |

Sam Davis |

Sam
Davis has been running competitively for over 30 years. He has completed
over 20 marathons, including four Key Bank Vermont Marathons, with
a PR of 2:32. Sam was a founding member of the Ski Rack running
club. Sam has been a road race director and still continues to volunteer
at many athletic events including Many Milers and YAM Scram programs.
Sam also provides consultation for runners of all ages and abilities. |
