For vendors/
exhibitors

Can I set up earlier that 10am Friday?
In most cases, yes. Please contact the Expo Director with requirements.

Can I ship product to/from the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center?
Yes, you should contact the Sheraton directly at (802) 865-6600. They will direct your call to the shipping and receiving department to make arrangements.

What is the customer mix at the Expo?
Runners must come to the Expo to pickup their numbers and chip timers, but we market extensively to the local market of outdoor enthusiasts. We estimate approximately 13,000 attendees.

Will I need lights at my booth?
The Expo hall is obviously lit, but I encourage you to bring extra lighting if you need to spotlight your product. The lighting can be dim in some areas.

What does my booth include?
Each 8'x10' booth includes: 1 six foot draped table, 1 chair, wastebasket, rod and drape on 3 sides (3' high on sides, 8' in back), ID sign, carpet flooring, vendor badges, listing on www.vcm.org.

How can I get the booth(s) I want?
Booths are reserved on a first come first serve basis depending upon when deposits are received; however, returning vendors have first rights on refusal to their location from the previous year.

Where do I send the registration for and payment for the booth(s)?
All checks and forms are to be mailed to the RunVermont office (Attn Cheryl Aley) at 1 Main Street, Ste 305, Burlington, VT 05401.

Who can I call with questions?
Feel free to email the Expo Director, Cheryl Aley at cherylaley@aol.com. You may also call the RunVermont office at 802-863-8412.
